I’m a seasoned practitioner with 13 years of experience in Reiki and massage, coupled with 10 years of expertise in Crystal Healing and 2 years in Rahanni Celestial Healing.
I am incredibly excited about the power of Rahanni Celestial Healing and Sound Healing and am grateful that I get to work with this incredible energy with you. I am of course, qualified and fully insured. I am also a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) listed for my accredited healing therapies.
My path has been a tapestry of colourful experiences, marked by ebbs and flows on some very choppy waters. I’ve spent years climbing the corporate ladder, juggling a young family and a whole host of issues with my mental health, trauma and addictions. During the years that I coached senior executives, the consistent factor played out that if there was an external issue outside of work, it would spill into losing effectiveness in the workplace. Life in corporate showed me that mental health conditions and life changing addictions don’t discriminate, everyone is at risk.
Sadly burnout and serious breakdowns can impact anyone. I’ve had to hop off the crumbling wall and put all my pieces together, just like Humpty many times. Realising and accepting that I needed help was a massive factor. My experience has been that the glue required to repair me and ultimately make me stronger and more resilient has been the time I have created to feed my emotional and spiritual bodies with a range of holistic therapies.
